Hi, I'm Nancy!
I live in Oregon and am a wife, mother, cat lover, daughter of God, Embodied Faith Mentor, Healer, Gifted Prophetic, Water Steward, Grail Guardian, and a Faith and Remembrance Author.
I started my spiritual journey at twelve-years-old, which has led me on various pathways, always with a deep soul purpose towards truth.
I mentor women who are ready to grow in their faith, peace, and purpose. I guide them to return home, reconnect with their truth, and remember that the Divine is within them.
I came here to walk the path of love, light, and truth with you.

Three Inner Flows into Overflow
Each Inner Flow is a 3 month container: Sacred Tending, Inner Chalice Framework, and Sacred Mission.
The final 3 months is where we bring together all the inner flow transformation and integrate it into your unique sacred flow, so you are confidently in Overflow from your faith, peace, and purpose.
Each month consists of:
Three 45-minute Live sessions with the option to stay an additional 15-minutes for Q&A.
One integration week where you receive a video or voice note with a short practice to do on your own. It may consist of journal prompts, a meditation, a healing, an activity...something that will be based on that month's itinerary...so it will differ each month.
Unlimited private WhatsApp access.
A personalized guidebook at the end of each Inner Flow container.

The Heart of Sacred Flow Temple...
The temple was created to be an intimate and high touch full-year journey. Integration and embodiment work takes trust and time. This is a long-term, sustainable and whole-being transformational experience.
Short-term and quick learning often leads to feelings of failure, guilt, shame, and disappointment. Expectations arise. The masculine often kicks in and overrides the feminine, turning your transformation into an assignment rather than truth alignment.
Too much, too fast, can cause the system to become stressed, or it can increase overwhelm and anxiety, or make you want to hide. Your mind will try to fight you because it's content with you stuck in old ways and comfort zones.
Your sacred journey deserves the right attention, intention, focus, and energy. Your body asks to be cared for, loved, and nourished. Your soul calls you to honor its own divine timeline that has nothing to do with clocks or calendars. Your mind can learn new ways to partner with you and evolve to a higher level of consciousness.

I am quite busy. How much time will I be required to invest each month?
To fully receive the Sacred Flow Temple experience, you will want to invest in a minimum of 4 hours per month. You will receive high value the more time you put into it.
Am I in the right place in my journey to join?
If you are a woman who is ready to grow your trust, faith, gifts, wisdom, purpose, and peace, and you want to bring more sacredness into your life, you are in the right place. If you feel called and resonate with all that you've read so far, and you are ready to release anything that no longer serves or supports you, then, you are in the right place. I meet you where you are.
Do I need to have a particular belief system or religion to join?
No, not at all. There are a many different beliefs and facets of spirituality. It is not for me to convince you to believe in any one thing. In fact, my ask is that you honor whatever part of your journey that you are on. I have been on a multitude of paths since I was twelve-years-old before finding my rightful place.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the intimate nature of this work, and the limited spots available, I do not offer refunds. Please only enroll if you know that this offer speaks to you and you are truly ready.
In case I can't start now, when will Sacred Flow Temple re-open?
Sacred Flow Temple is a full year journey, so enrollment is only available once a year. The next time it will re-open will be in September 2027. It would be lovely to have you with us this year, and I also honor that you will make the decision that is right for you.
